CHANGE YOUR WAYS, CHANGE YOUR DESTINY

19th JANUARY 2020

“I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind, to reward each person according to their conduct, according to what their deeds deserve.” – Jeremiah 17:10

Are you one of those who still cannot understand that you are truly the author of your own destiny? Although the scripture says,  “for I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11), these plans and purpose of God only come to pass in our lives if we key into His blueprint and follow  His ways in truth. Are you currently off the tracks; it is not too late to fall in the track. The measure we put into life will determine what we get back from life. Some people complained that they have little or nothing to show for the number of years they had lived on earth, but today’s word says God will reward each according to their conducts and deeds. Our conduct and deeds form the basis of the reward we get in life. Perhaps, I should ask us today,’ what deeds and conducts have we exerted on life to warrant a fulfilled life in return? Or better still, what does God want from us? God wants us to do His word and serve His glory here on earth. As we do that, we begin to experience changes in our lives as well. To change your story is to rewrite your destiny and to become who God says you are. So many people are currently living a life of restricted value, either to themselves or to others. To be of no value or relevance in life is not the will of God for us. But that entire situation came about because of our wrong choices; wrong choices are capable of robbing us of the promises of God. The story of every child of God must be told according to the word of God, not according to the lies of the devil. The word of God is telling us today to rewrite our destiny by embracing good conduct and the right attitude. We are rewarded according to our conduct. The first step to rewriting your story is to imbibe the right attitude and display good conduct; second, believe that your life is capable of changing for the better, and you are actually willing to embrace changes. Third, is to bury every element of pride – your inability to commit yourself to God; remove bitterness against others; and resist unbelief. Fourth, believe in the Holy Spirit, and His powers to change you for good. Therefore, God is capable of breaking every hex or spell preventing you from gaining a fulfilled life. Beloved, I say to you today that God is capable of changing every negative situation concerning you, but your ways must be right with Him and your conduct must be worthy of rewards. He is a holy and compassionate God, full of mercy and truth. Are you ready to display the right attitude and good conduct?  Are you ready to put more into life? Jesus is waiting with His arms stretched out, embrace Him today and follow His way; He would teach you how to make good choices that will rewrite your destiny. God can make you greater, beyond your imagination!

PRAYER

Father in the name of Jesus Christ, today I embrace good conduct and align with your plan and purpose for me.  Father, I declare that I am not a victim of any circumstance orchestrated by the lies of the devil; rather, I declare I am a victor by the power of the Holy Spirit. I am purified from every negative manipulation whatsoever. To God be the glory. AMEN.
