THE COMPLETE TRUTH! (PART 1 OF 2)

28th SEPTEMBER 2020

‘To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said’, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” – John 8:31-32

If you can recognize the truth or know what the truth is at any point in time, tendencies are that you could believe in it. But not many people are able to recognize the truth. Why is this so? I think the answer is straight:

1.     The truth is usually bitter, and very difficult to believe. Falsehood is loud and usually pleasing to the ears and also very easy to take as correct.

2.     Not many people can adequately resonate with the truth simply because of disorientation which seems to have placed them in a bondage of wrong belief.

3.     So many people are lacking in the capacity to accept the truth, even when the truth is right before them. This is usually due to wrong followership, misplaced loyalty, and fear of losing some of the things that we wrongly cherish as important to us.

4.     The wrong mindset of some plays a critical role in the acceptance of the truth. For instance, so many of us already have our hearts fixed on something we erroneously regard as the truth in a given situation. We are therefore not ready to change our belief even when the ACTUAL truth regarding these things has become crystal clear like broad daylight.

To believe in any statement is to knowingly and deliberately log onto the spirit and life of that statement thereby creating a synergy or agreement between you and the statement. Every statement has its inherent power, and definitely does exert some form of influence on us; It does not matter whether the statement is complete truth, half-truth or a monumental falsehood. For instance, Jesus says His word for us, as contained in the scriptures is spirit and life. This, of course, translates to the fact that God’s word contains His life and Spirit, and therefore, capable of creating manifestation for us. But the snag has always been your inability to believe in the teachings of Jesus for the reasons already highlighted above. The question is asked differently again; “do you believe in the teachings of Christ as contained in the Scripture?  In today’s word, Jesus is calling us to believe and have faith in his commands or teachings as these teachings will truly set us free and grant us true deliverance from all human errors and the evil of our time. Today’s word reminds us clearly that Jesus teaches the word of truth which will in turn, truly set us free, if only we believe and take His word as the truth! The good news is that if you turn to Jesus, and follow His teachings, you will experience a manifestation of the spirit and life of God in all areas of your life. The spirit and life of God are the dual forces that give us direct access to the path of victory and success!

Now is the time to meditate again on the complete truth that will set you free! Jesus is the complete truth. He is the LIFE and the SPIRIT of God that takes us to the realm of positive transformation. God bless you!

PRAYER

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, today I open my heart to receive your word and I declare your word finds fertile ground in my heart to grow. From this day onward, I declare I am completely free from the manipulations of contrary spirits and vile men. Therefore, I decree that I am greatly empowered by your spirit and life. AMEN
