THE MIRACULOUS POWER IN NATURE

8th AUGUST 2020

“And God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food. And to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the heavens and to everything that creeps on the earth, everything that has the breath of life, I have given every green plant for food.” And it was so. And God saw everything that he had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day” – Genesis 1:29-31

What is very clear to me is that, although God is SPIRIT, His divine nature is clearly seen from His creation. The word of God reveals to us today the wonders and importance of nature and everything God has created. The fruits of the trees, all animals, the sun, moon, and in fact, everything created by God is wonderful and very important to humanity. The importance of nature is emphasized in the scripture thus; “Do not harm the earth or the sea or the trees, until we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.” – Revelation 7:1-5. Not many can tell the beauty of nature, and its effects on the mind and body. How much of these fruits and natural plants do we take into our system? How much of deep breathing exercise do we do in order that we may remove bad air from the inside and refresh with a new one? How close are we to nature? I challenge us to Embrace God in nature today, by moving closer to the mountains or walk through the woods or near the ocean. Apart from the healing property of natural foods and herbs to the body, nature has been found to reduce stress. Viewing scenes of nature reduce anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, but it also contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones. This is why most churches plant trees and gardens around the church. It is now widely canvassed that our environment is made greener with trees and pastures, in order to aid healing of diseases and for psychological balance. Finally, the shortest cut to overcoming global warming is to plant more trees, make the environment greener, support animal life; try as much as possible to deal kindly with animals and the environment. You will be amazed at the drastic change you will experience in your mind and body. A healthy mind and body is highly poised to create manifestation faster! It’s time to start a new life free from disease, ignorance, and poverty.

PRAYER

Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I thank you for the gift of nature and the revelation of your divine natures in all your creation. Thank you, father, for your creation keeps me and protects me. Therefore, I declare that the sun will not smite me by day, neither will the moon hurt me by night. Lord, I fear no natural or daylight disasters, for nature proclaims your glory and praises you. Therefore, I am safe and protected under the ambiance and serenity of nature, AMEN
