“Except the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it” – Psalm 127-128

The concept of breakthrough and how to achieve success in our endeavors are the two most important issues that humanity has had to grapple with from time immemorial. There are several reasons why that has been so; the first being the human understanding of what constitutes a breakthrough and how to lay the cornerstone of the building blocks of our realities. Everything you set out to do has building blocks that form the foundation of those things. It is also very important to know that just like a physical building would require the laying of a cornerstone first before other supporting blocks are laid, so also are we expected to first lay the cornerstone of our desire as we begin to put our plans in motion. While it is normal to create wild imaginations of the things we want to achieve, it is very important to note that nothing can manifest except by the spirit of God – the WORD of God. It is the WORD that created the world and everything therein; It is also the WORD that continues to hold the world together to this day and forever. Therefore, beloved, you need the WORD of God as your cornerstone in anything that you set out to achieve. Just like the cornerstone of a normal building, we must learn to put God first in all that we do, however small or irrelevant the project might seem. Today’s scripture says that except the Lord builds a house, they labor in vain that build it. What this means is that we can ONLY create or build our reality using the divine essence of God – the WORD. Our physical strength and ingenuity will not create enduring structures or realities without the mysterious support of the WORD of God. The scripture says it’s not by might or strength but by God’s Spirit are we able to realize our vision. The good news is that we have a Lord who is a manifestation of the WORD of God, and He is ready to support every of your project. The simplest way to make the WORD of God to create for us is to commit our project to Jesus and ask the master to send His word to build and hold our project in place. Beloved, I want you to realize that the spiritual power that holds all things together is the WORD of God and Jesus is waiting to bless your undertaking by His WORD. Therefore, commit all to the hands of the Master and you shall be assured of success.

PRAYERS

Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I thank you for today’s word. Lord, I commit everything into your hands. I ask for your divine power and spirit to build with me all that I conceived this year. Lord Jesus Christ, I ask that you manifest all my good plans in order that God may be completely glorified. Thank you, father, in Jesus name. AMEN
