OUR VISION AND MISSION

Mission

Our mission is to demonstrate the power of the ETERNAL WORD OF GOD through CHARITY, HEALING AND EVANGELISM. In doing this, we are guided by the Holy Spirit, the teacher of complete truth (John 16:13) which strengthens us to follow the footsteps of Jesus Christ in charity and healing services, in order to serve the greatest need of humanity so they can experience the kingdom of God HERE on earth, when we are still alive and in the HEREAFTER when we pass through transition (Luke 17:20-21).

.

Vision

..

We envision a new world order where every man will know God directly, have access to basic necessities of life, live a happy and fulfilled life, and also assume the responsibility of doing the will of God here on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:9-13; Jeremiah 31:31-34).

PILLARS AND PRINCIPLES

..

What does Living Waters stand for?

Living Waters Mission is a Faith Community, NOT a church. It was founded by Mary Lawrence – Dokpesi in 2014 as a healing, evangelical and a humanitarian ministry. Although ordained a Chaplain since 2003, Mary has been in the healing and humanitarian ministry since the past two decades. During moments spent with very sick people as well as those without means of sustenance, Mary discovered that the eternal word of God is present in all human beings and in all things.

..

This divine energy, which is truly God can be activated through prayers and meditation to create miracles no matter what problem we are facing. The eternal word of God is the reason for our life- our health and sustenance.

Ministries & Core Values

A PROCLAMATION AND AFFIRMATION OF FAITH

WHAT DOES LIVING WATERS STAND FOR?

Living Waters Mission is a Faith Community founded by Mary Lawrence – Dokpesi in 2014 as a healing, evangelical and a humanitarian ministry. Although ordained a Chaplain since 2003, Mary has been in the healing and humanitarian ministries since the past two decades long before her ordination in 2003. Our proclamation and affirmation of faith is rooted in the scriptures – John 1 vs. 1 - 14

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through him, and without him not one thing came into being. What has come into being in him was life, and the life was the light of all people. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overcome it. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. He came as a witness to testify to the light, so that all might believe through him. He himself was not the light, but he came to testify to the light. The true light, which enlightens everyone, was coming into the world. He was in the world, and the world came into being through him; yet the world did not know him. He came to what was his own, and his own people did not accept him. But to all who received him, who believed in his name, he gave power to become children of God, who were born, not of blood or of the will of the flesh or of the will of man, but of God. And the Word became flesh and lived among us, and we have seen his glory, the glory as of a father’s only son, full of grace and truth.” (John 1:1–14, NRSV)

During moments spent with very sick people as well as those without means of sustenance, Mary discovered that there is ONE UNIVERSAL GOD who created all things through his WORD. THE WORD is ETERNAL like unto GOD and is embedded in all the things that God created, irrespective of what they are. And THE WORD heals, revives and brings back to life. Therefore, God is everywhere and in all things.

THE WORD is truly God, eternal and dwells with God since THE BEGINNING. The word created all things, and there is nothing created which is not done by THE ETERNAL WORD. THE WORD is in all things and gives LIFE, LIGHT and LOVE to all things. THE WORD truly took flesh and manifested as JESUS CHRIST who became master and savior of the world. As son of God, Jesus points the way to heavens and gives us the grace to become sons of God like himself and to sit in the presence of God.

The Word also gives wisdom, knowledge and understanding to the fathers of the church; our spiritual ancestors – Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as well as the founders and mentors of our faith and religions throughout the annals of history. Therefore, all sacred scriptures, spiritual scrolls and manuscripts written by inspiration from God throughout the annals of history, in so far as they are truly inspired by God, are an extension of THE WORD OF GOD and therefore should be respected, and honored.

THE WORD OF GOD is Essence or SPIRIT. THE WORD comprises the creative and Christ essence of God which forms the foundation or fabric of ALL THINGS. THE WORD is truly God and can be activated through prayers and meditation to create miracles no matter what problems we are confronted with. The eternal word of God is the reason for our life- our health and sustenance. Living Waters Mission teaches us how to worship God in spirit and in truth; the mission teaches us to activate and come to a conscious realization of THE WORD OF GOD resident in us and in all things for our healing and sustenance. The Mission leads us to the presence of God and to partake in His holiness and fresh anointing.
