CHANGE YOUR STORY FOR THE BEST!

15th NOVEMBER 2021

“ Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, “Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.” And God granted his request” – 1 Chronicles 4:9-10

To change your story is to rewrite your destiny and to become who God says you are. Do you have any reason to think that your life should change from right now to something of great positive testimony? So many people are currently living a life of restricted value and irrelevance. To be of no value or relevance is not the will of God for us. As children of God, we ought to serve the glory of God on earth by living well and helping others in charity. If this is not the case with you, then your story has to change.

As far as the scripture is concerned, the story of every child of God must be told according to the plan and purpose of God for each of us and not according to your perception or imagination. Some cannot live a fulfilled life due to lack of resources; Some have resources but are not truly happy or contented. Some are sick with a protracted ailment and are waiting on God for healing. All these are not pleasant narratives that have to change eventually.

The word of God is telling us today to rewrite our destiny by change of attitude and to believe that God is ready and willing to change us for good. The first step to rewriting your story is to think that your life can change for the better and you are eager to embrace changes. The second is to bury every element of pride and submit to God, who can fix the broken pieces of your life. A third way is to remove bitterness against others and forgive others no matter the damage they have caused you. From this moment, you must extend love freely to EVERYONE. The fourth step is to resist unbelief; Talk to God about your life and your desired change. Jabez wanted a transformational change, and he called on God to actualize the desired change for him. God changed Jabez and made him more remarkable! He can do the same for you only if you submit to Him and believe that He can change you. God can make you more extraordinary beyond your imagination. Pray to God persistently, and ask Him to transform your life for good.

PRAYER

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, answer me as you did to Jabez. Let me experience a turning point and a breakthrough in my life. Lord, I am not a victim of any circumstance; instead, I declare I am a victor by the power of the Holy Spirit. I am protected from every negative manipulation whatsoever. To God, be the glory. AMEN.
