DIVINE ALIGNMENT

” That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man” – Ephesians 3:16

Achieving divine alignment is the first mandate of the Living Waters Mission, and we encourage everyone to pursue the quest throughout their journey in life. Achieving divine alignment is a lifelong spiritual pursuit for every Christian or anyone desiring to achieve oneness with God.

To connect with God through your inner man has always been a wonderful experience. It is an experience that makes you know God better. It is an experience that brings you closer to Jesus and makes you walk and work with him daily.  

A man has three main layers of existence; Body, Spirit, and Soul. Your Spirit and Soul together are often referred to as your inner man. Both Spirit and Soul are closely bonded with God and His Word! Therefore, it’s only through your inner man that you can experience Christ the eternal word of God; Remember, Christ in you is the hope of glory.

Today’s Scripture says that the Spirit of God is in your inner man already, i.e., God is an integral part of your inner man or spirit. Through your inner man, you will achieve a connection with Christ who lives in you, closely bonded with the inner man.  When we achieve this inner connection with our Spirit or inner man, we automatically become attuned with Christ because Christ is in your inner man already! At that point, we are no longer the same. He who is in touch with Christ, the eternal word of God has everything! That is because an encounter with Christ is the summary of our journey as pilgrims here on Earth.

The question is been asked severally, why does anyone need a divine alignment? The essence of linking up with Christ, the eternal word of God, is to gain the power or anointing for victory in all spheres of life and to receive the light of God that leads us back to God. The fact is that a firm understanding of this ancient mystery of Christ that is in you, as revealed by Paul, gives us the power to become more powerful in prayers and manifest God’s divine will in our lives. Our prayer life becomes more assuring and meaningful when we truly connect with Christ through the inner man. We no longer pray or fast in vain!

What are the benefits of this great inner connection with Christ through your inner man?

– We become more focused in life and healthier.

–  We become victorious in difficult situations and gain inner peace and contentment.

– We gain the light of truth and an excellent understanding of God’s word.  

– We receive the light of Christ that lights our paths from Earth into eternity.

– We become more potent in prayers.

–  We become selfless and ready to serve humanity and give to others with compassion and love.

– The power to receive revelation from God becomes heightened.

Anyone who is in touch with Christ within is in touch with God and is a dweller in the kingdom of God which lies in him. The scripture says we should seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all the things we need in our day-to-day life would be added unto us. The journey of life is smoother and more meaningful with Jesus Christ.  

Prayer

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I declare your Word abides in me and I abide in you. I decree your goodness, favor, and victory to my life today. I live this day in accordance with your divine plan and purpose for me. Thank you, Father, in Jesus’ name.
