Today’s Scriptures: “Give and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full--pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back." – Luke 6:38

God loves a cheerful giver! To be cheerful in giving is to give without grudges or complaints. Giving is a holy sacrifice for your benefits and that of others. When you give to the needy, God pays back on their behalf because they are not capable of paying back. It is necessary to give in order to serve the purpose of God here on earth. When God answers the prayers of those in need, he selects you to help those persons.

Also, when God answers your prayer for favour, he selects other people to help you. When you give, God is provoked to do something extraordinary for you; you are automatically keyed into God’s favour in every aspect of your life and His Glory is continuously released upon you and your family. I pray today that your gifts will become a sanctified and holy offering unto God. Arise today and bless others with your kind words, community service, donations, sharing food and other basic things.

Father in the name of Jesus Christ, today I receive strength to give willingly and cheerfully to others. Behold, I have become a source of blessing to others in my community and my generation at large. All I give shall bring joy and hope to all. As a source, I shall never run dry of resources and abundance for my roots is firmly planted in your limitless grace and abundance. Amen
