LOOK BEYOND THE MOMENT

Today’s Scriptures: “ For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope”. (Jeremiah 29:11)

It is sad to note how in recent times, people are continuously displaced by economic recession, ignorance, poverty, diseases and terror attacks. These are painful moments that have impacted strongly on the confidence to live a peaceful and harmonious life in line with the purpose and plan of God. Look beyond these bad moments and see a fulfillment of God’s promises in your life. God wants to fulfill His promises to you today but He needs you to agree with Him on this. To agree with God is to forget your present pains and confusion and hold unto His word. When you confess the word of God, He speaks over your life and a change happens.

Just like darkness rolls away to bring the morning, so will God untie you from the present confusion, pains and anxiety and move you to a new level of fulfillment and spiritual empowerment. When God speaks over your situation, He links you up with solutions to your problems and you begin to experience his favour and goodness.

Prayer

Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I receive your word today by the power of the Holy Spirit. By your word, I am set free from my present limitations. I decree and declare breakthrough and healing in all areas of my life and I am set free from every emotional and psychological trauma. By thy Spirit, I cancel every sorrow, shame and reproach from my life NOW. I am ushered right now into a new level of material and spiritual empowerment. From this moment onwards, every spiritual and physical dynamics of my life are changed for good. Thank you Father, Amen.

Mary Lawrence-Dokpesi

Mary Lawrence-Dokpesi was born in Nigeria to Patrick Abuda Obeakemhe and Juliana Fatimatu Obeakemhe, both from Ogbona Town. With a master’s degree in law, she was called to the bar at the age of twenty-two, and she is currently the principle partner of the law firm Mary Lawrence-Dokpesi & Associates. She is also the founder of two philanthropic organizations: the Living Waters Mission and the Rose Croix Foundation. In addition to law, Lawrence-Dokpesi was drawn to spiritual pursuits at an early age, having begun studying philosophy, theology, chaplaincy, and spirit therapy by the age of eighteen. Inspired by her spiritual calling, she has produced ten intensively researched manuscripts on spiritual matters.
