Despite this fact, the name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run into it and are saved. So when crisis comes up, lean on God who is able to do all things. While some challenges are caused by us directly or indirectly, some are definitely created by some divine providence in order to strengthen us and make us grow in the spirit. One key element to watch out for in times of challenges is to ensure that you are not hurting anyone, or breaking the laws of your country; for that may just be the reason for your challenges in the first place. If that were to be the case, then you have to quickly sort them out by getting a genuine and safe counsel. Notwithstanding all of these, the word of God is reminding you today that challenges in life are as certain as the break of a new dawn; they will surely come. But when they do arise, there is a way out for the righteous –“the name of the lord” and His mercy are there to guide us to safety. During the dark hour, God is there with you. Hold onto Him – He would give you a helping hand, pulling you out of the pit. All you need do is to pray and watch out for the saving hand of God; He is there with you, ready to pull you out.
One who stands with God in moment of trials will definitely achieve victory at the end – he is given a crown of success and breakthrough. Are you currently facing some challenges in your relationship or activities? Pray and watch out for the saving hand of God by doing the following all the time:
1. Focus on the unseen power and love of God. Only then would you begin to see the reason for your problem, and the desirable solution – God is bigger and mightier than your problems.
2. Trust in God’s plan even when it doesn’t make sense. God’s ways are mysterious; seek God’s plan always, and follow His direction. This you can do through prayers and fasting.
3. See the supernatural in all situations and pursue holiness. Live a life of spiritual discipline. Study the scriptures daily; get involved in regular prayers and ask the Holy Spirit to help you appreciate God in the ordinary things of life.
4. Take one step at a time. Every day, choose to take whatever next step the Holy Spirit leads you to take. Don’t give up when you’re frustrated at any point.
