DO YOUR THING DIFFERENTLY

“Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the road is easy that leads to destruction, and there are many who take it. For the gate is narrow and the road is hard that leads to life, and there are few who find it” - Matthew 7:13-14

One tragedy in life is to be persuaded or dissuaded by a group opinion, especially in matters where your personal integrity or duty to others is compromised. Hold your grounds if you believe you are right. It does not matter whether anyone else believes in your opinion or not, provided your decision is based on love, justice and equity. There are two basic reasons you must hold your grounds always: ONE - In order to make our world a better place. Our world today is going through turbulence, partly due to the inability of majority to uphold truth, justice and righteousness.

If more people embrace love, justice and equity, darkness and evil will disappear. TWO – In order to move to the next level by taking a leap of faith. At times, we are unable to dare into any venture just because majority thinks we are crazy. You cannot determine the success of a venture before you have started. Today, God is telling you to uphold justice, love and righteousness at all times and never to quit just because somebody else disagrees with you. Very often, people come together in support of a group action out of sympathy for one another, not necessarily because the issue involved is a laudable one.

Prayer
Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I dissociate myself today from every bad crowd that goes away from the path of justice, righteousness, equity and fair play. Lord, today I choose to do all things for thy glory, therefore I declare my light now shines before others and they can see my good works and give glory to you. Father I declare no one shall look down upon me, or contaminate my thoughts and actions. I sanctify my speech, behavior, love and I now shine as a worthy example for others. Amen.
