“ For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope”. (Jeremiah 29:11)
Today’s scripture is a well-cited verse, especially when looking at the good things God has blessed us with. Also, looking at God’s promises in
Notwithstanding God’s promises in our lives, we still suffer. That is so for several reasons; The chief reason is that we cannot combine work with prayers. Each time we think of manifesting spiritual gains in the physical, we must add work to prayers. In Galatians 6:4, the Bible says, “each one should test his own work. Then he will have reason to boast in himself alone, and not in someone else”.
Therefore, God wants to fulfil His promises to you today, but He needs you to agree with Him on that. To agree with God is to forget your present pains and confusion and focus on God as you work to resolve these problems.
Further to the above, it is pertinent to note that the solution to our individual and collective problems lies with us, but we can only know it or have a revelation when we come closer to God. Therefore, focusing on God gives you the ability to see quickly through the veil of time to see what you have to do to solve problems.
When you believe in God’s word and confess the word of God by faith, God speaks over your life, and a change happens. Just like darkness rolls away to bring in the morning, so shall God untie you from present problems to solve your immediate needs.
God has already spoken concerning His good plans for us; we, therefore, must make efforts to align with His word or promises by faith. When you align with God’s promises, He links you up with solutions to your problems, and you begin to experience His favour and goodness.
