Today’s Scriptures: So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them – Genesis 1:27
It has been a whole lot of debate regarding whether a man is born to be creative or whether he learns creativity as he grows up with time. The scriptures say God created man in His image and likeness. This means that there is a creative essence or energy that runs through our veins or psyche. This is the energy that is usually converted into a creative venture. This energy is the character and creative power of God in us. All that is required is to conceive an idea and deploy the creative essence or energy into planning and executing same BY FAITH. Unfortunately, so many of us are unable to tap into the creative essence or energy due to blockades caused by fears, guilt, and lack of knowledge and wrong teachings.
No doubts, breaking new grounds entails a measure of hard work. But hard work, not in terms of quantum of energy you use at work, but in terms of efforts directed at a creative venture. Stop spending your time, working and dissipating energy in the wrong direction. Reposition or align your psyche properly and begin to tap into the heart and soul of God. The word of God is saying to you today to claim your greatness in God. Meditate and internalize Genesis 1:27. Pray for direction and be ready to lean and embrace something new. The power of your brain is enormous and is begin to be put to use. Arise today, dust up yourself; throw away every fear; and stoop to learn. GOD BLESS YOU.
Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I thank you for the gift of creativity. Lord, grant me the grace to put my creativity into use for the benefit of ALL. Just like Solomon, give me access to your wisdom, so I can record formidable achievements. Father, Like Bezalel the son of Uri and Hur, I am able to translate my creative energy into special abilities, talents, intelligence, knowledge, and skills in many crafts. Therefore, I declare I am skillful in many works. Henceforth, I shall stand before kings, and not obscure men. AMEN.
