AUTHOR: MARY LAWRENCE-DOKPESI
SCRIPTURE:
(1 Corinthians 3:16 (Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?)
SPIRITUAL POSTULATION:
Investing in your personal and spiritual growth attracts abundance.
REFLECTION:
One secret of wealth and abundance is to be in divine alignment with God in other to receive an inflow of divine power to make and to sustain wealth. As we achieve divine alignment, we are also building and fortifying the inner temple. In the overall process of building the inner temple, we must seek forgiveness, embrace repentance, and grow in our faith to purify our hearts and minds. Also, as we cultivate a relationship with God, virtues such as love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control can develop within us. These virtues contribute to our spiritual prosperity and can help us to become more Christ-like.
As we become more Christ-like, we can better serve God and others, leading to a more fulfilled and prosperous life. Therefore, building our inner temple can lead to true abundance and prosperity in all aspects of our lives, including spiritual, emotional, and relational well-being.
TAKE ACTION:
1. Set aside time each day for prayer and reflection.
2. Read and study the Bible regularly to deepen your understanding of God’s Word.
3. Practice mindfulness and gratitude to maintain a positive mindset and open heart.
Dear Lord, help us to recognize the sanctity of our bodies and minds, and to treat them with the respect and care that they deserve. May we build our inner temples strong and true, so that Your Spirit may dwell within us in peace and love. Amen.
