“A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children.” – Proverbs 13:22
Now that you understand what spirituality entails and how it serves the purpose of wealth preservation throughout generations, how then do you cultivate and live by the principles?
To practice spirituality, you must;
· Consistently immerse yourself and internalize the HSP (See part 1 of 3 of the devotionals for the meaning of HSP). Practice these principles and let them become a part of your life.
· Become intentional in your thoughts and conducts.
· To be intentional in your thoughts and conduct, you must ensure that;
i. You have clean hands and a pure heart; You must not have lifted up your soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully (Ref: Psalm 24).
ii. In terms of conduct, your conduct must impact and bless the lives around you.
Some great benefits of spirituality are that:
v We are completely plugged into the realm of light. The dark veil of obscurity disappears revealing Christ in you to gain control and manifest the power of God. The scripture says that Christ in you is the hope of glory; The pathway to spiritual and material victory! (Ref: Colossians 1:27)
v The creative essence or power of God is constantly deposited into your life; Your life will begin to experience signs and wonders as providence and Grace will constantly be released upon you.
v By saying yes to spirituality, you will begin to receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation (Psalm 24:5). That of course is a natural flow from the decision to become intentional in your thoughts and conducts.
Therefore, practicing spirituality brings the blessings and the righteousness of God to His people. As you sow, so you reap!
PRAYERS
Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I ask for your blessings for my generations. Grant me the blessings of the heavens, blessings of the deep, and blessings of my progenitors. As you give, grant that all your gift will be preserved by your spirit. Pour therefore your spirit upon this gift of life, and let it become a positive legacy for my generations. Thank you, father, in Jesus name, AMEN.
