And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you. Therefore, brethren, we are debtors—not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. - Romans 8:10-14
FAITH is a cardinal principle of Christianity. All the time, we teach about the need to have faith in God so God can work with us. Nothing seems to have changed in spite of these teachings; for we still are not able to exercise faith. Faith is POWER which can only be exercised in the realm of God. To exercise faith, you must, ONE; take a journey to the heart and soul of CHRIST. By this, I mean that Faith is exercised, NOT from your own heart, but from the heart of CHRIST. When you exercise faith, you must align or merge your heart with that of CHRIST, in such a way that there is no more difference between your heart and that of Christ. And from that point, every of your decrees and declarations become a law binding on ALL. What is this, you may ask? I am saying, IT IS NOT ABOUT YOU. IT IS ABOUT CHRIST IN YOU.
Faith is beyond human; it is in the realm of Christ. Though faith is a gift from God to Man, you cannot exercise faith without Jesus Christ. Any wonder then that the scriptures say that Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith. TWO, understand that Jesus Christ has the key to the heart and the soul of GOD. Why? Because, Jesus has all the authority in heaven and on earth as given to him by God! THREE, understand that Christ in you is the Hope of Glory. Christ lives in you. Starting from today, take up His heart and make it yours. Christ living in you will exercise faith, not ordinary you! If you allow Christ to take over your heart, and submitting to Him, He will conquer all things for you!
