WORTH BEYOND MEASURE

Do you ever find yourself battling inadequacy, shame, or not being good enough? It’s a battle many of us face. But today, let’s choose to remember a powerful truth: God’s love for us is unconditional and immeasurable.

In Isaiah 43:4, He declares, “You are precious and honoured in my eyes; I love you, because I am the Lord your God.” These words aren’t mere platitudes; they are a testament to the depth and breadth of His love.

Think about it. The greatest demonstration of God’s love is the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. He willingly gave His life for us, proving that nothing can separate us from His love. It’s a love that transcends our past, mistakes, and even self-doubt.

Today, choose to embrace this truth. Let it wash over you like a cleansing wave, removing the burdens of self-worthlessness. Recognise your inherent value as a child of God created and cherished by Him. Allow His love to transform your heart and soul, replacing self-doubt with a profound sense of worth and belonging.

Remember, you are precious. You are loved. You are a valued child of God. Walk in that truth, and let it empower you to live a life filled with purpose and love.

PRAYER

Dear God, I feel unworthy and filled with self-doubt. Help me understand and embrace your unconditional love for me. Transform my perception and reveal my true value in your eyes. Amen.

Mary Lawrence-Dokpesi

Mary Lawrence-Dokpesi was born in Nigeria to Patrick Abuda Obeakemhe and Juliana Fatimatu Obeakemhe, both from Ogbona Town. With a master’s degree in law, she was called to the bar at the age of twenty-two, and she is currently the principle partner of the law firm Mary Lawrence-Dokpesi & Associates. She is also the founder of two philanthropic organizations: the Living Waters Mission and the Rose Croix Foundation. In addition to law, Lawrence-Dokpesi was drawn to spiritual pursuits at an early age, having begun studying philosophy, theology, chaplaincy, and spirit therapy by the age of eighteen. Inspired by her spiritual calling, she has produced ten intensively researched manuscripts on spiritual matters. Although Understanding the Spiritual was the last to be written, it is the first to be published. Lawrence-Dokpesi is a mother and a wife living in the city of Abuja, Nigeria.
